HAF Conditions

A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council:
• Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove's Half-Term HAF places are for children and young people in Reception to Year 11 who receive Targeted free school meals accompanied by an adult.
• Limits on bookings – Over October half-term, EEQU will permit each eligible participant to be booked on up to 2 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back onto an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally, giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other families to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into EEQU and reviewing their Schedule.

Parent Supervision

Each adult can bring up to 3 eligible children (aged 6-16).

Maximum of 1 adult per booking.

The adult parent or carer is expected to support and supervise their children for the whole session.

We have one wheelchair-accessible hob per session - please let us know if you require this facility.
