A summary
The inspiring location of The Bay Hotel, Coverack sets the scene and
each week your tutor will introduce you to a new stitch, technique or journalling starting point. It's then up to you what where you take it. Let your imagination take hold .
There is no right or wrong in slow stitch journalling. It's more a way of using fabric and thread to document our thoughts, feelings, desires, dreams and hopes.
A selection of fabrics and embellishments will be provided to enhance your work.
Afternoon tea is also included in the price and will consist of a hot drink and home made cake.
You will be encouraged to spend some time each day, between sessions, adding stitching to your work.
If you attend the whole term of sessions you will have enough panels to make a fabric book and the last session the year will show you how to do this.
