A summary

Join us this summer for a fun-filled programme designed for children and young people with SEND and disabilities, aged 5 to 16 years. Our sessions offer a wide range of engaging sports, games, creative activities, and team challenges, providing plenty of opportunities to make friends, build confidence, stay active, and most importantly, have fun. Activities may include dodgeball, parachute games, team-building challenges, multi-sports, and other exciting holiday activities, all delivered in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Places are available for children and young people with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Staffing Ratio: 1:4 To help us provide the best possible experience and ensure every child has a safe, enjoyable, and rewarding time, please provide as much information as possible when completing your booking request. Eligibility Criteria

This activity is for children and young people who meet the targeted short breaks eligibility criteria: - 5 - 16 years old - Southwark resident - With an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) - Unable to access universal services and/or requires additional support to do so

Staff training & experience

All staff are suitably qualified to deliver this provision to children with SEND. All staff go through a rigorous induction training before stepping inside a Sportworks provision. All staff are highly experienced, with a large majority of our staff working in special schools during the week.
