Southwark Short Breaks

Here is a collection of short breaks funded by Southwark Council for children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities. These activities are intended for children and young people aged 5-19 with an EHCP who are unable to access universal provision. Holiday scheme places are limited to a maximum of 10 days per child per year (subject to availability).
