What we'll do
Exclusive SEND Family Sessions at The Collective Community Garden (Ages 5–16 Ticket) We are providing a relaxed, whole-family summer space for disabled, neurodivergent, and high-support-needs children (ages 0–18+) and their families. This is one big, inclusive CAYA family event where everyone belongs—a chance to connect, breathe, and enjoy some accessible fun in the sun, together. All tickets are 100% FREE, but spaces are strictly limited across the event to keep the environment calm, safe, and regulated. (Please note: While the event welcomes all ages from 0 to 18+, bookings are split by age group as they are supported by different community funders). ❓ How the Session Works You Supervise, We Support: Parents and carers must stay and supervise their children at all times. Our CAYA staff are there to support the space, help things run smoothly, and ensure you can just "come as you are." Free Grazing Boxes: Before your session, we will email you a Google Form to choose food for your child’s mini grazing box. Pick it up when you arrive and let them eat whenever suits them best. ❓ What’s Included? We have exclusive use of the beautiful Collective Community Garden space, meaning your family has access to: Our immersive outdoor nature & garden spaces Quiet, sensory-considerate breakdown zones Accessible outdoor play and creative nature stations ?️ How to Book Your Free Tickets To bring your family to this event, please ensure every child is booked under the correct funding link for their age: Ages 5 to 16: [Book via this link] (Proudly funded by HAF — please note, your child must be eligible for free school meals or have a valid HAF code to book these spaces) Under 5s: Please use our separate EEQU link to book younger siblings (Funded by the ESCC Short Breaks Team) Over 16s: Please [message us directly] for a custom booking link for older youth (we consider young people over 18 based on their individual needs).

Come As You Are (CAYA)
Creating Spaces and Support For Families
Our Mission Come As You Are CIC exists to advance inclusion and accessibility for neurodivergent, disabled, and SEN children and their families. We create safe, supportive environments — alongside training, advocacy, and community-led programmes — where families can connect, learn, and thrive together. Our mission is simple: to make belonging the baseline. From our pop-up spaces and sensory-friendly projects to our workshops and professional training, every part of our work is designed to remove barriers and build community. Come As You Are CIC is currently finalising the establishment of The CAYA Foundation (CIO) — a charitable arm that will sit alongside the CIC to secure long-term sustainability and protect our inclusive work for future generations. Our Values Inclusion and Accessibility We design with accessibility in mind from the start — ensuring that every child, family, and professional can take part in their own way. Safety and Connection Our spaces and sessions prioritise comfort, calm, and care — offering a safe place to rest, play, and connect without judgement. Reducing Isolation We tackle social isolation by improving access to public spaces, opportunities, and peer support across the community. Advocacy and Practical Tools We support families with information, confidence, and practical tools — helping them to navigate systems and create change together. Co-production We champion lived experience as expertise. Families and professionals co-design the spaces, services, and training that shape inclusion locally. Our Aims We exist to: Advance inclusion and accessibility for neurodivergent, disabled, and SEN children and their families. Provide safe, supportive environments for play, connection, and community-led activity. Relieve isolation and exclusion by improving access to public spaces, services, and opportunities. Support families through peer connection, advocacy, and practical tools. Champion co-production — ensuring that those with lived experience shape the spaces and services that affect them.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
