A summary
Activities will be for children and young people who meet all the following criteria: - Are between the ages of: 5yrs to 17 years 11 months - Is a Salford resident - Has a special educational need or disability (SEND) - Has difficulty accessing universal services in the local community due to the level or complexity of their disability Helping young people with SEND to access high-quality out-of-school activities and gain confidence to soar. We have seen many children with SEND attend our Healthy Activities and Food sessions, and we now want to reach a similar number of children with SEND to attend our term and out-of-school activities. We will offer a weekly term-time Saturday IS Funday session.

Learning aims
Aim 1
More children with SEND from Little Hulton and surrounding area will have access to the full range of CommUNITY Little Hulton's children actives including the Youth Unity Youth Club, Forest Schools Activities, Bike Track, HAF and half term trips.
Aim 2
Children who attend our Short Break care activities will have improved health and wellbeing and feel happy, supported and understood.
Aim 3
Parent’s and carers will have better access to information about support services for their children

We recognise that circumstances may prevent attendance, however, we do appreciate a courtesy call or email if you are unable to attend. Alternatively, you are able to cancel your booked space on the booking system ahead of time. While we strive to accommodate a wide age range (5 to 17.5 years), we also aim to ensure an appropriate balance and age grouping for the benefit and safety of all participants. We reserve the right to decline bookings.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
