A summary

October Creative Arts Days

Join us in Rowsley, Derbyshire this October for three creative and inclusive activity days for young people.

The days will combine creative expertise with an inclusive, sensory-aware environment. Young people will be able to explore a range of arts activities and displays, try different materials and creative experiences, and take part in ways that feel comfortable for them.

The space includes sensory-focused activities and regulating spaces, giving young people the option to take a break, find a calmer area or move between activities at their own pace. There is no pressure to take part in everything – young people can choose what works for them.

When completing the booking form, you will be asked whether your young person is currently in receipt of benefits-related Free School Meals.

Please only select “Yes” if your young person currently receives benefits-related Free School Meals.
If they do not receive Free School Meals, please select “Other” and add that they are an adopted, previously looked-after young person.

If your young person attends a school outside Nottinghamshire, or is home educated, you may need to scroll through the available options to find the most relevant checkbox for your young person.

Cancellation policy

Please only book a place once you have spoken with your young person and they have said they would like to attend. Our activity days have limited spaces, and when places are booked and then cancelled just a few days before the event, it often isn't possible to offer that place to another young person. This means other families can miss out on the opportunity to attend. If your young person is unsure, we'd encourage you to have a conversation together before completing the booking form. Thank you for helping us make these opportunities available to as many young people as possible.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
