NR:BOX is a fun, fitness-based programme designed especially for young people aged 11–16. Through sport, fun games & boxing-inspired fitness, and goal-setting activities, NR:BOX helps young people:
- Stay active during the holidays through box fit style, fun games & fitness related sessions.
- Build an understanding of nutrition.
- Set their own personal goals to support growth
- Grow in confidence and motivation
- Build positive friendships
