Big Norfolk Holiday Fun The Big Norfolk Holiday Fun (BNHF) programme offers holiday activities for children and young people aged 4–16 across Norfolk. It is delivered in partnership with Norfolk County Council and funded by the UK Government. Children who receive benefits-related Free School Meals are eligible for free places. Paid places are also available for children who are not eligible. The programme has been extended for a further three years.
