What we'll do
May Half Term Holiday Club Join us for an exciting day of creativity, coding, and fun this half term. Our holiday club runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and is packed with engaging activities designed to inspire and challenge young minds. Morning Children will dive into a Minecraft Education Parkour challenge. They will design and build their own obstacle courses while learning coding concepts such as loops, logic, and commands. It is a brilliant way to combine creativity with problem-solving in a game they already love. Afternoon In the afternoon, Reaction Game. Children will create and play their own fast-paced games on a Micro:bit, testing their reflexes while developing their understanding of inputs, outputs, and simple programming. What to expect ✔ Hands-on coding and game design ✔ Fun and engaging challenges for all abilities ✔ Supportive environment led by experienced instructors ✔ Opportunities to build confidence, creativity, and teamwork skills Time 9:00 am to 3:00 pm What to bring A packed lunch, drink, and plenty of enthusiasm Snacks We will provide fruit snacks during the day Suitable for 6-12 year olds Spaces are limited, so be sure to book early to secure your place. Get ready for a day full of learning, laughter, and digital creativity. At Jam Coding, we run fun and inspiring holiday clubs across Worcestershire and Herefordshire, blending digital creativity with hands-on activities to create an unforgettable experience for children. Activity Description: Our holiday clubs offer an exciting mix of coding, animation, and digital design, alongside engaging offline activities, including crafts, sports, and puzzles. Every activity, whether online or offline, is designed with an underlying theme of healthy living, encouraging children to develop both their digital and physical skills. We’ve carefully structured our timetable to ensure a balanced 50/50 split between screen-based learning and hands-on creative play, giving children the best of both worlds in a safe, engaging, and enriching environment.
