A summary

Connect Nottinghamshire is a monthly group for adopted young people aged 13-17 Connect Derbyshire is a monthly group for adopted young people aged 13-17. To register your interest you can either request to book here, or email us at youthconnect@adoptioneastmidlands.nottscc.gov.uk. You will be contacted by an adoption youth worker who will explore whether this group is right for you and aim to get to know the participant before they attend. Once a place is confirmed, we’ll provide full venue details and next steps. The programme will be a monthly session in a relaxed youth club environment. The activities will be chosen by its members and based on the group’s interests. The group also has the opportunity to plan an outing to somewhere they want to visit together. We would like to meet young people who would like to meet other adopted young people and make friends. Youth workers will be there to help you plan activities you enjoy.
