A summary
The Oak Circus Centre is excited to be offering free Summer holiday circus sessions through the Big Norfolk Holiday Fun (BNHF) programme, specially designed for primary school–aged children aged 5–9 years. Children will enjoy fun, active circus sessions where they can try a range of skills including games, juggling, trapeze, tight wire, hula hoops, and human pyramids, all delivered in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Circus activities help children develop balance, coordination, strength, confidence, teamwork, and creativity, while encouraging positive play, social connection, and active wellbeing.
We offer a mixture of paid and funded places for this programme. Funded places are provided through the Big Norfolk Holiday Fun (BNHF) programme and are aimed at young people in receipt of benefits-related free school meals. Participants attending on funded places will receive a free nutritious lunch.

FAQ
What do I need to bring - A water bottle, extra layers with warm socks, we operate in a church and it can be cold.
What should I wear - Comfortable stretchy clothes that you can easily move in and go upside down in. No zips, buckles, or jewellery as this can hurt you, others or damage the equipment.
Is the activity drop off - Yes, but parents are also welcome to stay and watch.
Where can I park - We are located in the Norwich city centre and encourage you to walk, bike, public transport here if you can. Limited paid on street parking available outside the building. Drop off is not normally a problem as it's a quiet cul-de-sac.
Can my SEN/D child join - We welcome any children who can join in a regular group class and participate in structured group activities without additional support. We often run SEND specific sessions which may be more suitable. Get in touch with us at info@theoakcircuscentre.org if you are unsure. 121 support is possible through HAF funding if approved by the funder, but must be arranged and approved in advance. We are a short-breaks provider.
