A summary
Introducing a place where those infamous words, ‘I’m bored’, are never spoken! Balance & Beam Holiday Camps include structured play and physical activity, including obstacle courses, team games, exploration and creativity. Gym equipment and energetic activities help to build strength, balance and coordination through energetic exercise. Our qualified coaches are enthusiastic, engaging and fun. They will support your child in making new friends, encouraging physical activity and healthy habits and routines.

Gymnastics fun for children up to 10 years
Balance & Beam provides engaging gymnastics-based child development programmes in a fun, social and educational environment. Our Ofsted registered venue offers Curriculum-Based Measurement (CBM) age-appropriate classes that support children’s physical, intellectual, emotional and social development from 4 months to 12 years. At Balance & Beam, your child can expect giggles, gymnastics and growth in equal measure. Our coaches inspire them to flourish through imagination, creativity and functional fitness. The purpose-built gym and small class numbers offer a safe, nurturing environment to build positive self-esteem, confidence and healthy habits. Balance & Beam is here to support you in raising your adorable little one and ensuring the healthiest, happiest and most rewarding start during their critical formative years.
