5 Epic Days of Adventure with Highly Sprung Each day is a completely different immersive experience, combining craft activities, drama, movement and imagination to create something extraordinary each day! Day 1: Giant Creatures Create your own creatures, creating jaws, claws and wings, and working together to bring a giant beast to life in a spectacular mini-performance. Day 2: Time Travel Adventure Create time gadgets and journey through Coventry’s past and future, solving challenges and unlocking stories through drama and movement. Day 3: Space Mission Train and become an astronaut and travel to discover alien worlds. Blast off on an action-packed mission using your imagination and physical theatre to explore the universe. Day 4: Superhuman Academy Discover your super powers! Craft your own superhero identity, train like a pro, and work as a team to defeat a mysterious villain. Day 5: Build a City Work together to construct a city, create characters who live there, and bring your world to life through storytelling, Lego building and performance. Bookings can be made for individual days.

Highly Sprung Performance
Delivering drama and movement for young people
We create inspiring workshops, performances and experiences for young people. Our activities are designed to encourage and provide physical activity using Highly Sprung’s approach to drama and movement, where creativity is always embodied rather than passive.
What we'll do
Each day combines imaginative drama based activities with high energy dance and movement, ensuring children are actively engaged throughout. Movement is central to our programme, providing participants with opportunities to develop coordination, balance and teamwork through ensemble exercises, drama work and mission-based challenges that require problem-solving through action. The programme builds confidence, communication and creativity, culminating each day with a shared outcome such as a performance or a celebration of effort and progression.
