A SUMMARY
A wild, invigorating and nurturing residential workshop for women, to immerse yourself in nature and emerge feeling connected to yourself, others and the landscape. We start the day early in the morning with a swim in the sea, warming up afterwards with coffee and breakfast on the beach. A short walk leads us to our base for the day; an eco-education centre in a beautiful nature reserve overlooking the sea. There we will connect to our bodies and each other through yoga, gentle exercises and authentic conversation. From this space, we set out on a 4 mile eco-therapy wilderness walk, during which we will use aspects of the landscape as invitations for nature connection and sharing. After a picnic lunch at a beauty spot, a session of forest bathing and a mindfulness meditation, we head back to our base for a cup of tea and a rest, or free time to explore the nature reserve. As evening approaches, you are invited to join us in our beautiful woodland garden. It's a unique and intricate setting, with a secluded fire-pit under the trees and many quiet spaces to sit and rest. A home-cooked vegan meal will be provided, and we'll eat and chat around the fire. As we watch the flames flicker into the darkening sky, we will tell stories, share reflections, laugh, listen, and have the chance to really speak and be heard. You are invited to spend the night too; en-suite accommodation and wild camping is available onsite, or other local accommodation can be suggested. Get in touch to arrange this once your place is confirmed. Next morning, we swim again in the sea and close with circle time and breakfast on the beach. You'll leave feeling refreshed, connected and inspired!
