What we'll do
We will be preparing, cooking and eating different ways to use eggs. The groups will work on various recipes. Scrambled Eggs, French Toast Omelette Egg salad with Salad / Seasonal Veg to accompany them. Followed by Meringue nests filled with seasonal fruit. Skills we will be using are Chopping, Mixing, Weighing and enjoying the fruits of our labours. To use the egg shells we will be planting cress seeds to make egg seed heads. Please Ensure long hair is tied back and if you have one please bring an apron along, however we do have some available .
