Annie Akasati McAuley)

I am an experienced mindfulness practitioner with over 30 years of personal practice and 20 years' teaching experience. Since setting up 'Love Mindfulness' I have taught more than 30 secular 8-week mindfulness and compassion courses for adults, children and teenagers, as well as delivering training in social care and business organisations. I love facilitating these courses and witnessing the numerous benefits experienced by course participants. Participant feedback: "Supportive, safe space. Incredibly valuable opportunity to explore things with others. Inspiring leader. The group was really great. Lots of trust and good level of sharing."
