A SUMMARY
In this workshop, I first give an overview of how our vision works (everything we see or don't see) and how it is directly related to our brain and emotional states. I then introduce easy-to-do exercises and relaxation techniques that can improve or maintain our eyesight, and be easily incorporated into our daily routine.

Having worked as a professional photographer, photo editor, and visual artist for many years, I know of the importance of good eyesight. Having been trained as a yoga teacher (550h+) and health coach, gave me the tools to help you (and myself :) to maintain and improve our health and wellbeing, in order to be are able to develop into our highest potential.
