What we'll do
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY: Due to limited tickets, wasted tickets and more demand than we are funded for please read the following THIS EVENT IS A PRIVATE EVENT OPEN ONLY TO OUR ALREADY REGISTERED FAMILIES /PANTO CLIENTS - ALL BOOKINGS ARE ONLY GIVEN OUT BY US FOR THIS EVENT. ANYONE BOOKING THAT ISN’T REGISTERED OR HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN THE LINK DIRECTLY BY US WILL BE DECLINED SADLY! This is due to so many no shows and time wasters we now control the tickets and attendees to ensure they do not go to waste. PRIVATE CLIENT INFO: 1) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHILD BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE PANTO. 2) WE ARE SEEING THE 11AM SHOW. Please do not arrive later than 10:40am or we cannot guarantee your seats 4) THE MEETING POINT WILL BE @ THE WHITE ROCK THEATRE AT 10:30AM - 10:40 latest. PLEASE PLEASE ARRIVE PROMPTLY AND NO LATER THAN 10:40am AS I NEED TO COLLECT AND PAY FOR TICKETS, GET THROUGH THE TICKET ENTRANCE AND TO OUR SEATS AND GET EVERYONE TOILETED AND COMFORTABLE. DONT FORGET DRINK AND SNACKS (it can be pricey at the theatre) *WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING DRINKS OR SNACKS FOR THEM AND CANNOT BUY FOOD THERE AS IT IS NOT ALLOCATED IN OUR FUNDING WE ONLY COVER THE TICKET PRICE. NO BOOKINGS ARE CONFIRMED UNTIL WE ACCEPT THEM! EVEN IF THE COUNCIL APPROVE THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE A SPACE SADLY SOME WILL NOT GET A SPACE AS DEMAND IS SO HIGH SO IF YOU DO NOT GET A SPACE PLEASE ALSO REFRAIN FROM SENDING US EMAILS / MESSAGES WITH YOUR FRUSTRATION AS WE DO UNDERSTAND AND AS WE TRY OUR HARDEST TO ADD MORE SPACES IN EACH YEAR AND WE ARE LIMITED AS TO WHAT WE CAN DO AS A BUSINESS OURSELVES AND UNFORTUNATELY WE WISH WE COULD MEET EVEN MORE THE DEMAND WE HAVE BUT THE FUDING ONLY GOES SO FAR.
