A SUMMARY
Learn everything you need to make a simple garment from basic pattern block to finished product. Start with a piece of paper, sketch your design, draft the pattern, cut the fabric, and construct your very own garment, with some fitting along the way. After ten weekly sessions you will have learned how to translate your own design into a real life piece of fashion! These sessions will be one-on-one due to limited space of facilities. I can also offer one-off tuition for those studying fashion A-Level, foundation or degree level, from ages 15 upwards. Please contact me using the 'Contact Mentor' button to arrange a course or one-off session tailored to you.

Ann Gerrard
When your mentor provides a strapline it will go here
I come from a background of teaching pattern cutting and design and running my own successful, small fashion business in London. I studied Fashion and Textiles to degree level at Leicester Polytechnic, before going on to teach fashion students on BTEC courses. I have years of experience in the industry, and my interests now lie with sustainable fashion and up-cycling.
