A summary
Join us for messy play and games. This session is for children aged 12 weeks to 5 years. Active Hastings will be running fun physical activities and games for under 5s. We will be joined by Soundcastle for musical activities on 19 September, 3 and 17 October, 7 and 21 November and 5 December. The Thursday 31 October session will be Halloween themed. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Booking via EEQU for the first time? Active Hastings
Physical activity sessions for everyone!
Active Hastings is an externally funded partnership project between Hastings Borough Council and East Sussex County Council Public Health. We have been working in partnership since 2006 to give local residents easy, fun ways to get their everyday dose of physical activity. It only takes 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity each week for adults and 60 minutes every day for children to benefit your health, both mental and physical. You can even break it down into 10 minute slots! All of our team are experienced sports coaches, fitness instructors and play workers, who are passionate about working with people of all ages in Hastings and St Leonards. We run free or low cost sessions throughout the year, as well as holiday activities as part of the Holiday Activity and Food programme.
