Join Active Hastings, for our Pilates class, followed by a free tea and coffee.
This class is suitable for all abilities.
Everyone welcome (must be 16+)
If you’ve had surgery within the past 12 weeks, it’s important you follow your doctor's advice on getting active again.

Active Hastings wants everyone to be able to join in, no matter their budget.
We use a simple sliding scale ticket system so you can choose what you can afford:
• £3 – the suggested price that helps cover the cost of running the session
• £2 – a lower price if money is tight
• Free – for people on low incomes or receiving benefits
The free tickets work on trust. If you can pay £3 or £2, please do, so that the free tickets are available for those who really need them.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your booking, no problem at all, just let us know at least 24 hours before the session. If you don’t cancel and don’t attend, it will be recorded as a no show. Our sessions often fill up quickly, so to give everyone a fair chance to take part, we operate a three strike policy. If you book a free ticket and don’t attend three sessions without cancelling, any future free bookings will also be cancelled. If you have any questions or need support, please feel free to get in touch with a member of the Active Hastings team, we’re always happy to help.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
