ELM GROVE OUT OF SCHOOL CLUB
A summary
We are based in the school’s restaurant and have regular use of the Blossom garden, Basketball court and top playground. We also get to use the school's main hall for morning structured physical team games/fun and get to go out on the Patch/William Clark Playground if the weather is dry.
Activities will include art/craft, dance, drama, physical fun games and team games,, preparing food and cooking, textiles, sewing, wool, crochet and knitting.
We will be having themed weeks this Summer.
Nature Week, Elm Grove's Got talent week, Sporty week and Earth and space week.
We will provide a morning fruit snack and a midday lunch for children on a HAF session. Please bring a water bottle. Water will be available all session.
An afternoon snack will be provided for all who attend.
PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT WE ARE A NUT-FREE SETTING, SO ANY SNACKS/FOOD THAT YOUR CHILD BRINGS TO OUR SETTING MUST BE NUT-FREE.
The sessions are from 9am and pick up by 3pm.
We can extend your session to 8am-6pm with a charge of £12.60., this includes a breakfast.

A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council:
• Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF-funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals.
• Limits on bookings – Over Summer, EEQU will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 16 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back onto an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally, giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into EEQU and reviewing their Schedule.

Cancellation policy
From our Playscheme Admissions and fees Policy Cancellations Please note that your child’s fees are still required once you have booked and if your child is absent or if you cancel after specified date. Fees are non-refundable. Payments are expected when booking and payments can be by child care vouchers, tax free childcare or bank transfer. Free bookings still require a notification if your child is not attending.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
