A SUMMARY
As part of Conclave Gallery‘s Christmas show which is called Deck the Halls, I am offering a unique and innovative three and a half hours of fun workshop which is for ages 10 and up. Its a high level workshop in so far as you will be supported with advanced techniques for a professional finish! All Materials are supplied including, masks, spray paints, stencils, poscas, varnish and an array of street art materials to decorate a skateboard deck *including hydro dipping for an extra fee.. You can bring your own deck or buy one from me. This is a unique experience and you will be leaving with a fantastic customised skateboard deck which you can use as art to hang on your wall or use as your own skateboard …plus you’ll be learning all the amazing skills to realise your design! PS I will also be providing 1 x vinyl record and sleeves to paint on durning this session included in the fee Places are very limited because this is an intense but very fun class and a one off opportunity! I will not be repeating this workshop in 2022 Prices are £60 per person with your own deck £75 Per person if you would like to buy a deck from me **Parents… make the most of this fantastic opportunity to get your young person involved in a creative and rewarding activity where they learn amazing confidence building skills as well as giving you some pre-time to do your Christmas shopping! fantastic central Brighton location easy to find! Places are limited to 16 lucky young people You will learn: - Health and safety with a spray can. - Some tricks and experiments to amaze your friends and family. - To create a stunning original layered artwork using freehand and stencils, which you get to take home with you. - If you are bringing a parent- you can teach them not to overthink their artwork! Some housekeeping.. 1- Bring your own packed lunch as we will be stopping for a lunch break Squash and water provided 2- DO NOT wear your best clothes- the paint doesn't come off (in the unlikely event you do paint yourself!) 3- If parents want to stay to observe, please be aware that space is limited and you must let me know. PS-Once you book with me I will give you my phone number by message for emergencies. PPS- the slot is 3 hours and 30 mins, so for health & safety training and experiments- So please be prompt! If you miss your health & safety training you will not be able to do the workshop. This workshop is in a gallery setting so please remind your young person about following instructions and respecting the space Looking forward to meeting you!
