A summary
Spaces are limited, please only book a maximum of two sessions per child. If additional space become available, you will be contacted. Please keep an eye on your emails for updates. If your child / children are not able to make a booked session, please Email natalie.hoadley@freedomleisure.co.uk with advanced notice. There will be a waiting list for children that would love to attend. Our programme will be viewable on our web page from 7th March. When you arrive just let the reception know that you are here for our holiday club and they will direct you where to go. You will be required to complete a registration form on their first day, we can always help with this if required. We offer a full day of activities from 8.30am - 5.30pm. A picnic lunch box will be supplied, please supply additional snacks for the day and a filled water bottle. Children are required to wear trainers or suitable footwear to enable them to run around safely. Please collect on time by 5.30pm. PLEASE NOTE ** Our staff do not have specific training to support with SEND needs and we are unable to take any medication ***The tickets on this listingy has been funded through the Department for Education’s (DfE) Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme and coordinated by East Sussex County Council. Fully funded places are available for young people eligible for benefits-related free school meals. This eligibility criteria has been defined by the DfE. Please note, eligibility will be confirmed as part of the booking process.***

A fun packed day of activities
We are very welcoming and a friendly bunch that can't wait to welcome you children to our club. Our age group is 6 - 12 years and we have a capacity of 20 children per day. We run a variety of activities from swimming, ten pin bowling, crafts, biscuit decorating, chocolate games, a trip to the local cinema, sports and so much more. If there's something specific that your child would like to see on our programmer please get in touch, we are always open to new ideas. Not long until the holidays begin.

Cancellation Policy
If your child is unable to attended, please contact reception on 01323 846755 option 2. Quoting your child's name and date of attendance and that they are part of the HAF scheme. This will allow someone else to book in.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
