Please keep an eye on your emails for updates. If your child / children are not able to make a booked session, please Email shona.mclean@freedomleisure.co.uk with advanced notice. There will be a waiting list for children that would love to attend.
When you arrive just let the reception know that you are here for our holiday club and they will direct you where to go. You will be required to complete a registration form on their first day, we can always help with this if required.
We offer a full day of activities from 8.30am - 5.30pm. A picnic lunch box will be supplied, please supply additional snacks for the day and a filled water bottle.
Children are required to wear trainers or suitable footwear to enable them to run around safely. Swimming is included, under 8's and weak swimmers will be given a lesson by our swim teachers over 8's can use the main pool freely. Please provide your child with swimwear for their session.
Please collect on time by 5.30pm.
PLEASE NOTE ** Our staff do not have specific training to support with SEND needs and we are unable to take any medication

Cancellation policy
If your child is unable to attended, please contact reception on 01323 846755 option 2. Quoting your child's name and date of attendance and that they are part of the HAF scheme. This will allow someone else to book in.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
