What we'll do
Dates available: Monday 30th December, between 9am to 1pm Monday 30th December, between 12pm to 4pm Tuesday 31st December, between 9am to 1pm. Tuesday 31st December, between 12pm to 4pm. Our unique camp offers a broad range of tech activities for children of all skill levels. Whether they are new to STEM and coding, or a tech-savvy genius they’ll fit right into one of our upcoming winter camps. All children attending camp will also be given an exciting STEM activity box including 2 invention challenges to complete at home, along with a food hamper! Tech camp introduces advanced coding concepts through playful projects and puzzles, exploring engineering, circuitry, gamified learning, coding and so much more! Our children follow a structured day where they explore 3 different activities a day making each day different, and they learn something new every day. If your child has SEN needs, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nextthing.education to give more information on your child's needs and how we can support them at camp. A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF-funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over the winter, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 4 HAF places across all providers in the city with a maximum of one pla ce per day. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back onto an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.
