Zenoch Community Club Summer Programme; Join Us for Winter 2024! This winter, join us for a fun-filled educational experience featuring trips to ice skating, festive cinemas, and events at the O2 Arena, among many other in door festive activities. Help your child develop new skills, make friends, and enjoy a wide range of activities in a supportive and nurturing environment. Generally, Zenoch Community Club is thrilled to offer a dynamic programme packed with free, healthy meals, snacks, drinks, and an array of enriching activities designed to inspire and delight children. Here’s what we have planned: Programme Highlights: Arts and Crafts: Engage in creative projects like sewing, jewelry making, and arts and crafts. Physical Activities: Enjoy multi-sport sessions, including basketball, football, cricket, climbing, gymnastics, table tennis, and lawn tennis, guided by professional coaches. Exciting Trips: Explore adventures such as bowling, water splash cricket tournaments, climbing, discovery planet visits, film shows, animal farms, adventure parks, and paddling pool picnics. Learning Activities: Participate in music workshops, dance competitions, and nutrition education, including hands-on sessions to prepare healthy meals. Cooking Fun: Enjoy interactive pizza-making and baking sessions. Social and Personal Development: Build self-confidence, resilience, and communication skills through engaging activities. Storytelling Sessions: Delight in storytelling moments, like the one where a parent shared how their daughter exclaimed, "I think I will be a writer!" Indoor Activities: Join in dancing competitions, drama, darts, sack races, egg races, face painting, and making playdough or pasta bead crafts. Wellbeing Programmes: Experience meditation, yoga, and positive interaction sessions, including presentations by local police. Food Parcels and Hygiene Products: All participating children will receive these essentials to take home. Each day, children will enjoy nutritious, delicious meals and snacks. Our food nutrition workshops will teach the best, safest, and most hygienic ways to prepare healthy meals. Inclusive and Supportive Environment: Our programme welcomes children from all backgrounds and caters to various needs, including those with reading difficulties and mild SEND requirements. While we are not a specialist SEND center, we offer small group activities tailored to children with SEND, such as reading, sensory games, and artwork. This Summer 2024, we will provide free healthy meals, snacks, drinks, water, and physical exercises, along with enriching activities. Our holiday club offers a brilliant mix of sports, energizing activities to get children moving, and creative sessions to inspire their inner inventor. Our holiday club aims to help children build social, emotional, and interpersonal skills in a safe and exciting environment. Running every school holiday—including Easter, winter, and summer breaks—our club ensures a secure place for your child to enjoy a memorable holiday experience. When school holidays arrive, we have a wide range of activities lined up to keep children engaged. As a parent or carer, you can continue working or take some time for yourself, knowing your children are entertained and well cared for. Our club benefits both children and parents, allowing you to focus on work, exercise, or personal time while your children enjoy themselves. We offer a variety of sports and activities to keep your child engaged, including basketball, tennis, football, cricket, rounders, netball, volleyball, evasion games, dance, athletics, field games, general ball skills, and multisport games. Group games and trips, as well as indoor activities like arts and crafts, cricket with coaches, climbing, sewing, jewelry making, music workshops, and dance competitions, are also available. Additionally, we have cooking activities such as pizza making and baking, along with outdoor trips to the cinema, bowling, and theater. Our program provides opportunities for children to build self-confidence.
