The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme provides free activities during the school Easter, summer, and winter holidays, for school aged children in Reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals (FSM). A limited number of places are also available for children who are not in receipt of benefits related FSMs but who could benefit from HAF, such as asylum seekers and refugees. Please note, this is capped at 15% of places across all programmes and bookings may be declined if this threshold is met. The Winter HAF 2025 programme runs from Monday 22nd December 2025 to Friday 2nd January 2026. The programme will be accepting bookings for places over the school winter holidays from late November.
