A summary

These sessions will introduce young people to the basics of boxing in a safe, structured and encouraging environment. The session will begin with a welcome, drinks of water and healthy snacks (such as fruit, vegetable sticks and yoghurt) to be offered before diving into the session. Each session with coach India will have 2 hours of fun, learning the key aspects of boxing. Young people will be supported to challenge themselves at their own pace, with lots of encouragement and reinforcement.

Throughout the sessions, the young people will learn how discipline, coordination and focus can support them and help them feel more confident. After each boxing workshop the young people will be offered a hot meal of pasta and salad, and drink before the end of the session.

We may be able to accommodate parents and carers supporting their child to access and enjoy our sessions, but please get in touch with us in advance to agree this.
