The Active Gymnastics team deliver a fun packed Gymnastics programme that provides a progressive journey through recreational gymnastics for toddlers to teenagers of any ability. We are official providers of the British Gymnastics, RISE Gymnastics Programme and Award Scheme. What is Rise Gymnastics? Rise Gymnastics is a fun packed programme that provides a progressive journey through recreational gymnastics. The phases of Discover and Explore take gymnasts on a progressive journey, from their first steps into gymnastics all the way through to advanced skills.
