What we'll do

On Summer Yoga Day, kids will dive into a fun-filled day of movement, mindfulness, and play! The day begins with a gentle, kid-friendly yoga session where children stretch, breathe, and explore animal poses and nature-inspired flows. They’ll go on imaginary yoga adventures—like jungle safaris, beach days, or space travels—using their bodies and imaginations. Throughout the day, kids will enjoy calming breathing exercises, simple meditation and relaxation activities to help them feel centered and peaceful. There will also be creative games, music, and crafts that connect with yoga themes like gratitude, kindness, and self-expression. Whether it's through balancing like flamingos, flowing like waves, or crafting their own “peace rocks,” children will leave feeling energized, joyful, and connected to themselves and others—all while having summer fun in a mindful way.
