A summary
At this session young people will learn how to host their own fancy dinner party!
They'll do everything from designing and creating the table decorations to planning the entertainment - and, of course, cooking the food. Participants will work in groups to cook each of the 3 courses for this meal, learning fundamental cooking skills and nutritional information along the way. They will also have the chance to be creative, designing menu cards and decorating table cloths to make the party truly their own.
