A summary
We offer a wide a range of activities to all children who visit Shaftes aged 6-11yrs for the Christmas holiday period. Food is included. We have organised, football, dodge ball, pool tournament, gaming room, table tennis, inflatables, Christmasmas crafts, Christmas baking. All activities will be supervised by staff. We aim to provide as much fun and experiences within a safe environment whilst creating everlasting memories for all children who visit Shaftesbury youth club.

Here at Shaftes, we have an After School Club a Teenage Youth club, Community Hub, Mums and Tots and Cooking Groups running alongside this we are the home to 24 football teams. Since covid we found that we needed to run our club differently, we introduced our brand new community hub and made it accessible to all ages 0-100yrs. We provide opportunities and experiences for children and young people who otherwise may not have access due to financial implications. The aims of the charity are to advance and relieve the need of local people through provision of recreational activities and by providing support which develop their skills an capacities to enable to participate into society as mature individuals Our aim is to help people to Dream, Believe, Achieve. Shaftesbury Youth Club is the second oldest youth club in the UK and has been providing support to local people for 138 years having been founded since 1886 and is bigger and better than ever.
