A summary
Our 'Workout Wednesday' fitness sessions started as part of our 'Let's Get Moving with Molly's Gift' month during a January challenge, and have grown since then, seeing all abilities and backgrounds joining us and having fun whilst being active The sessions are run by Zoe Hildred who is a Level 3 Personal Trainer Zoe ensures the sessions are catered for ALL abilities making our sessions as inclusive as possible! Wednesday's 6pm @ Gorse Covert Community Centre £3 per session pay as you go OR buy one of our 6 week stamp cards for only £15
