A summary
Our Women’s Self Defence classes are designed to help you feel safer, more confident, and better prepared in everyday situations. Delivered in a supportive, women-only environment, these sessions focus on simple, practical techniques that are easy to learn and suitable for all fitness levels. You do not need any previous experience—just come as you are. Across 12 sessions, you will learn how to improve your awareness, set boundaries, and respond to situations in a way that helps keep you safe. The sessions are led by trained female instructors and take place in a friendly, non-judgemental space where you can learn at your own pace. This programme is part of a wider initiative supporting women to build confidence, understand personal safety, and access support where needed. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet other women in your community, helping to build connection, confidence, and a sense of shared support.
