Our 6-week Women's & Girls' Football Sessions are designed to inspire, empower, and support players of all ages and abilities. Over six weeks, you'll enjoy professionally coached sessions focused on skill development, teamwork, fitness, and most importantly, having fun. Whether you're returning to football or trying it for the first time, everyone is welcome. Why Join? Education Futures Trust provides high quality and innovative support and learning tailored to the needs of children, families and vulnerable adults in Hastings and the surrounding area.

Learning aims

Develop fundamental football skills, including passing, receiving, dribbling, shooting, and ball control.

Increase physical activity levels, fitness, coordination, and overall wellbeing.

Feel empowered to continue participating in football and other physical activities beyond the programme.
