A summary

Welcome to Woggle Goggle Swim & Activity Holiday Club — fun-packed days for your children during the school holidays! Our Holiday Club combines individually focused swimming lessons, sports, games, outdoor activities, crafts and team challenges in a safe, welcoming and active environment. Children have the opportunity to build water confidence, stay active, learn new skills and make new friends throughout the day. Sessions are supervised by experienced staff and activities are adapted to suit different ages, abilities and confidence levels. We provide a structured but relaxed environment focused on fun, inclusion, confidence building and wellbeing. Activities include: • Swimming lessons and water confidence sessions • Team games and sports activities • Obstacle courses and fitness challenges • Crafts and creative activities • Outdoor games and nature walks • Group challenges and friendship-building activities Children are supervised throughout the day, with clear safeguarding, sign in/out and behaviour management procedures in place. We aim to create a positive and enjoyable experience where every child feels safe, supported and included. Healthy lunch and snacks are provided each day, helping children stay fuelled and energised throughout activities. We aim to encourage healthy eating habits by offering balanced meal options alongside water and healthy snacks during the day. Dietary requirements, allergies and additional food needs are checked before attendance and catered for wherever possible to ensure children feel safe, included and supported.

Woggle Goggle Pool & Activity Centre is a family-run community facility in Penrith, open seven days a week and designed to provide a friendly place where people of all ages can swim, stay active and spend time together. Our centre offers a wide range of activities for the community. Alongside our heated indoor swimming pool and learn-to-swim services, visitors can enjoy fitness and leisure swimming sessions, Aquafit classes, family fun swims, children’s activities, holiday clubs and private parties/ group bookings.

Daily Activities & What to expect

Each Holiday Club day is packed full of structured activities designed to keep children active, engaged and having fun throughout the school holidays. Children can enjoy a mixture of: • Outdoor sports & adventure activities • Team games & multi-sports sessions • Nature walks & outdoor exploring • Creative crafts & themed activities • Daily swimming lessons with qualified instructors • Mega pool fun sessions & water games • Friendship building & group challenges Our days are designed to balance high-energy activities with creative and quieter sessions to help children stay engaged, social and supported throughout the day. A typical day may include: • Morning welcome & warm-up games • Outdoor sports & adventure activities • Snack breaks & social time • Creative craft sessions in our Kids Club Room • Healthy lunch & chill time • 45-minute intensive swimming lesson • Afternoon mega pool fun session All activities are supervised by experienced staff and adapted where needed to suit different ages, abilities and confidence levels.

Aim 1

Build water confidence and improve swimming ability through structured swimming lessons, fun pool activities and supported water-based games.

Develop confidence, communication and social skills by helping children make friends, work together and take part in group activities in a safe and supportive environment.

Encourage creativity, problem solving and independence through crafts, challenges, outdoor exploration and structured activity sessions.

Encourage children to stay physically active through sports, outdoor adventure activities, team games and movement-based sessions.

Promote healthy lifestyles and wellbeing through active play, positive routines, healthy food choices and balanced daily activities.

What to Bring/Further Information

To help your child have a fun, safe and comfortable day at Holiday Club, please ensure they arrive with: • Swimwear & towel • Goggles/swim cap if preferred (we have spares!) • Suitable clothing & footwear for sports and outdoor activities • Weather appropriate clothing (coat, sun hat etc.) • Named refillable water bottle • Any required medication clearly labelled and handed to staff • Spare change of clothes recommended • Optional money for snacks/treats from the café A healthy packed lunch, drinks and snacks are provided throughout the day. Please ensure staff are informed of any allergies, dietary requirements or medical needs before attendance. Additional treats can be purchased from our coffee shop (Milkshakes, cakes, ice cream etc) Drop off is from 8:45am, with activities running from 9:00am–3:00pm. Children will take part in a mixture of swimming lessons, pool fun sessions, sports, outdoor adventure activities, crafts and team games throughout the day, so we recommend comfortable clothing suitable for active play and outdoor activities Collection is at 3pm each day. Cancellation Policy

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
