Children aged 5–13 who attend a Lambeth school and are eligible for benefits-related free school meals, as required by the DfE/Lambeth HAF criteria When and where: The Winter Stars: Beyond the Bell programme runs on Monday 22nd December, Tuesday 23rd December, Monday 29th December, and Wednesday 31st December at Myatt's Field North Community Centre, 24 Crawshay Road, London, Greater London, SW9 6FZ. 
Who leads the sessions: DBS checked trained project assistants /youth leaders. What to bring? Comfortable clothing, a refillable water bottle, and enthusiasm for learning and fun! Daily Timetable: Our Winter Stars: Beyond the Bell sessions run from 1:30pm to 5:30pm, offering a balanced afternoon of creative and active learning. * 1:30pm – 3:30pm: Creative sessions including arts and crafts, baking and festive workshops led by trained youth leaders. * 3:30pm – 5:30pm: Multi-sports and physical activities such as basketball, dodgeball, relays, and team challenges, guided by a DBS-qualified Level 2 sports coach or trained project assistant. 
Each session ends with a nutritious meal, reflection, and celebration, ensuring every child leaves energised, nourished, and proud of what they have achieved. Menu and Meals: Every session includes a freshly prepared, healthy meal and fruit snacks. Our rotating menu features warm, balanced options such as pasta salad, fish/ chicken and chips, wraps. Children also participate in cooking and baking workshops, learning simple, nutritious recipes and building lifelong healthy habits. All dietary needs are catered for. Trips and Special Experiences: ERS provides exciting enrichment experiences to make the winter holidays truly magical. Planned trips may include ice skating, a festive theatre visit, Go Gravity, Kew Gardens, and Hogwarts in the Snow. These experiences promote joy, teamwork, and exploration, giving children experiences they will remember for years to come.

Eligibility criteria
Lambeth HAF-funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals and attend a school in Lambeth. (Please note, this is different to universal free school meals that are available to all school-aged children). Each child can book up to 5 sessions in total this Winter with any provider.
