Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Attendance and Non-Attendance Policy
Due to high demand for HAF places, regular attendance is expected once a booking has been made.
If a child is unable to attend a session, parents/carers must cancel the booking via the EEQU system as soon as possible. This allows the space to be offered to another eligible child.
Where a child fails to attend on two occasions without prior notice, their remaining booked sessions will be cancelled to allow the place to be offered to another child.
We understand that circumstances can change, and families are encouraged to inform us as soon as possible if a child is unable to attend so that we can offer the space to another eligible participant.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
