A summary

We’re thrilled to be running our tennis camp from Tuesday 28th July to Friday 7th August, with daily sessions from 10am to 3pm and a lunch break from 12–1pm.

The camp is divided into three age-specific groups, ensuring tailored coaching and appropriate challenge for every stage of development.

Each day is packed with coaching, games, drills, skill development, matchplay, and — most importantly — plenty of fun! Activities are designed around the LTA Youth programme, providing a structured, engaging experience that keeps players learning and moving.

Our approach is both player-centred and skill-based, underpinned by a robust competency framework and clear developmental principles. Our coaches work collaboratively to deliver a dynamic curriculum that adapts to all ability levels and is designed to stretch and support every player — from beginners to our most advanced athletes.

Our Tennis Camp offers much more than tennis! Alongside on-court coaching and games, children will enjoy a range of enriching off-court activities including pickleball, board games, puzzles, colouring, and fun nutrition sessions. These activities encourage social interaction, creativity, healthy habits, and confidence building, helping to create a varied and enjoyable experience for every participant.

Additional Support Provision

As part of our WimX Tennis HAF Camp, we are able to support children with low-level additional needs within our standard staffing ratios.

Where a child has moderate to high additional needs that require dedicated 1:1 or specialist support, we would need to source an appropriately qualified specialist. This would be subject to specialist availability and confirmation of additional funding.

It is essential that we are informed of any additional support requirements as early as possible. This allows sufficient time to assess needs, arrange appropriate staffing, and confirm whether we are able to safely and effectively meet those needs.

Cancellation policy

Attendance and Non-Attendance Policy Due to high demand for HAF places, regular attendance is expected once a booking has been made. If a child is unable to attend a session, parents/carers must cancel the booking via the EEQU system as soon as possible. This allows the space to be offered to another eligible child. Where a child fails to attend on two occasions without prior notice, their remaining booked sessions will be cancelled to allow the place to be offered to another child. We understand that circumstances can change, and families are encouraged to inform us as soon as possible if a child is unable to attend so that we can offer the space to another eligible participant.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
