A summary
We’re excited to announce our Summer Camps in partnership with Rocket Padel Ilford! Join us from Monday 27th July to Thursday 13th August for an unforgettable padel experience! Camps will run daily from 10am to 3pm, with a lunch break from 12–1pm. We offer three tailored camps designed specifically for different age groups — ensuring every child gets the right mix of coaching, games, drills, skill-building, matchplay, and, most importantly, fun! Our programme features a variety of activities inspired by the LTA Youth framework, using a player-centred, skill-based approach. Every session is shaped by a clear competency framework and guided by best-practice teaching principles. Our dedicated coaching team works collaboratively to deliver a structured curriculum that’s flexible across all levels — designed to support newcomers and continually challenge even our most experienced young players. Our Padel Camp offers much more than padel! Alongside on-court coaching, games and match play, children will enjoy a range of enriching off-court activities including board games, puzzles, colouring, and fun nutrition sessions. These activities encourage social interaction, creativity, healthy habits and confidence building, helping to create a varied and enjoyable experience for every participant. Additional Support Provision As part of our WimX Padel HAF Camp, we are able to support children with low-level additional needs within our standard staffing ratios. Where a child has moderate to high additional needs that require dedicated 1:1 or specialist support, we would need to source an appropriately qualified specialist. This would be subject to specialist availability and confirmation of additional funding. It is essential that we are informed of any additional support requirements as early as possible. This allows sufficient time to assess needs, arrange appropriate staffing, and confirm whether we are able to safely and effectively meet those needs.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.Attendance and Non-Attendance Policy Due to high demand for HAF places, regular attendance is expected once a booking has been made. If a child is unable to attend a session, parents/carers must cancel the booking via the EEQU system as soon as possible. This allows the space to be offered to another eligible child. Where a child fails to attend on two occasions without prior notice, their remaining booked sessions will be cancelled to allow the place to be offered to another child. We understand that circumstances can change, and families are encouraged to inform us as soon as possible if a child is unable to attend so that we can offer the space to another eligible participant.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
