What we'll do
Wild Craft Week A Nature‑Filled Adventure for Curious Young Minds Wild Craft Week is a hands‑on, outdoor‑inspired programme designed to help children explore, create, and connect with the natural world. Across five immersive days, young adventurers take part in a mix of nature walks, creative crafts, outdoor games, wildlife exploration, and practical skills that build confidence and curiosity. Every activity is delivered by experienced staff who create a warm, supportive environment where children can thrive. Throughout the week, children discover the magic of the outdoors through sensory nature experiences, creative art using natural materials, and opportunities to observe wildlife up close. They learn how ecosystems work, experiment with simple science, and enjoy time exploring local green spaces. From gentle foraging‑style activities and leaf‑printing to investigating pond life and sketching what they find, the programme encourages children to slow down, notice details, and develop a deeper appreciation for the world around them. Physical play and teamwork are woven in through outdoor games and park‑based challenges, giving children space to move, build confidence, and enjoy shared achievements. Creative sessions offer a calmer pace, with children designing keepsakes, building mini‑ecosystems, and crafting items they can take home. Practical skills such as safe food preparation, simple cooking, and planting seeds help children feel capable and proud of what they can make with their own hands. The week is designed to balance adventure with calm, structure with freedom, and learning with fun. Children return home each day with something they’ve created, discovered, or achieved — whether it’s a terrarium they built themselves, a keyring they designed, or new knowledge about the wildlife living right on their doorstep. Wild Craft Week is perfect for children who love being outdoors, enjoy hands‑on activities, or simply benefit from a nurturing environment that blends creativity, nature, and gentle adventure. It’s a chance to unplug, explore, and make memories that last long after the week ends.
