The hub is a safe space for 10-17 year olds who need or want to access mental health support or top up their wellbeing tank.
No judgement. No cost. No referral needed. No appointment necessary.
Simply drop in at any point between 4:30-6pm and our friendly staff will be there to support YOU.
During each Hub you can access personalised 1:1 Wellbeing Sessions with our highly skilled and trained staff.
There are a variety of activities on offer from creating and growing our own Wellbeing Toolkits, to arts and crafts, to walk and talks, and outdoor fun.

Do I need to arrive at the beginning and stay for the whole time?
No, you can drop in at any point between 4:30-6pm and are free to leave at any point.
Are parents required to stay?
No. Parents are allowed to accompany a young person for their first session but are not allowed to attend every week.
Is there somewhere I can wait for my child?
Somewhat. There is a car park next to the pavilion where parents can wait if they wish too.

You Mental is a non-profit community interest company that supports the mental health and wellbeing of young people in Milton Keynes through the provision of early intervention and prevention services. We offer Education & Training, Outreach (Safe Spaces), Advocacy & Participation, and Support Services. Here at You Mental CIC, our vision is to provide everyone in Milton Keynes with access to high-quality, person-centred early intervention and prevention mental health support and holistic wellbeing activities. The focus is for peoples voices to be heard and understood, and to personalise support based on the needs and wants of each individual.
