Make sure to come along to our new fitness sessions being held in the hall at The Hastings Academy, running on Wednesday afternoons, during term-time. 3 Sessions running from: 15.15-16.15 - Young Adults (years 9-13) - Free of Charge. 16.15-17.15 - Staff Session - Free of Charge. 17.15-18.15 - Ladies only Session - £4 per person. We look forward to meeting you all! Circuit classes are high energy and fast-paced and involves moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time. Get fit in a fun, safe environment! * Please note - Circuit Classes will not run during half terms.
