HAF Summer Programme Plan – Medway (4 Days, 10 AM – 2 PM) 2 Weeks
Ages: 5–12 years
Focus: Sports + Arts and Crafts + Healthy Meals

Day 1: Welcome & Team Building
10:00–10:15 AM: Registration and Icebreakers
10:15–11:00 AM: Multi-sports rotation (football or dodgeball)
11:00–11:45 AM: Arts and Crafts – Summer card making or decorating sports caps
11:45 AM–12:15 PM: Healthy Lunch (wraps or pasta with fruits)
12:15–1:00 PM: Outdoor Games (relay races or parachute games)
1:00–2:00 PM: Creative Hour – painting or clay modelling (Summer-themed)
Day 2: Skills & Creativity
10:00–10:15 AM: Warm-up games and recap
10:15–11:00 AM: Sports Skills Clinic (basketball or agility drills)
11:00–11:45 AM: Arts – DIY tote bags or tie-dye T-shirts
11:45 AM–12:15 PM: Lunch (sandwiches, veggie sticks, smoothies)
12:15–1:00 PM: Team Sports (mini-tournaments)
1:00–2:00 PM: Craft – Build and decorate kites
Day 3: Challenge Day
10:00–10:15 AM: Energizers and warm-ups
10:15–11:00 AM: Obstacle Course or Sports Challenges
11:00–11:45 AM: Arts – make-your-own medals or trophies
11:45 AM–12:15 PM: Lunch (baked potatoes, salads, yogurt)
12:15–1:00 PM: Team Challenges (tug-of-war or scavenger hunt)
1:00–2:00 PM: Summer Crafts – painting or baskets
Day 4: Celebration & Showcase
10:00–10:15 AM: Morning Circle and warm-up
10:15–11:00 AM: Sports Tournament (participants' choice)
11:00–11:45 AM: Final Arts Project – group mural or canvas painting
11:45 AM–12:15 PM: Special Lunch (pizza wraps, fruit cups)
12:15–1:00 PM: Awards and Feedback (certificates, goodie bags)
1:00–2:00 PM: Showcase – display crafts and mini sports awards
