An opportunity for 16-21 year olds to join a safe and welcoming walking group, with a focus on connecting and topping up your wellbeing tank.
Our friendly Wellbeing Practitioners will be leading a gentle stroll around Walnut Tree providing young people with access to light conversations, information and advice on variety of mental health and wellbeing topics.
The launch of our Walk & Talk in Walnut Tree on Tuesday 8th September will be completely free for 16-21 year olds to join.
Following the launch the Walk & Talks will take place on the first Tuesday of every month for a small cost. The walks will take place all year round.
