A summary

Over the last 3 years I have been combining my art with a love of walking and nature. This has resulted in a series of group walks developed where participants enjoy the local countryside and then feed this experience into creating a piece of unique artwork. This typically takes the form of a found sculpture, stream of consciousness writing or a drawing.

This is primarily an experience for adults, but children over 12 are allowed, if accompanied by a paying adult.

About your mentor

Jacky Misson

Jacky Misson

As Artist in residence for Glynde I have been living and working in the village for 7 years. My 'Walk and Create' workshops have been offered and fully booked through Lewes Artwave and the Eastbourne and Lewes walking festival. I believe everyone should be able to have access and enjoy being outside in nature. Combining this with creating is what I have spent the last 15 years doing.
