A summary
Our fully funded VR Youth Club provides a safe, inclusive and supportive space for young people aged 11–19 (up to 25 for those with SEND) living in Halton.
Sessions run every Tuesday during term time on a monthly structure.
- Weekly sessions are open access for Halton young people ages 11–17 (8 per session),
- One session per month is SEND-focused for ages 18–25 (maximum 4/6 young people depending on need).
Activities include structured VR experiences, team-based games and creative challenges designed to build confidence, social skills, independence and digital literacy in a positive and welcoming environment.

Sessions are delivered in small groups to ensure a supportive and positive experience for every young person.
All staff are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding. Activities include structured VR games, team challenges and non-VR options to suit different comfort levels.
We promote respectful behaviour, inclusion and teamwork.
Young people do not need prior VR experience to attend.
SEND-focused sessions have reduced numbers to allow additional support where required.

Cancellation policy
As places are limited and fully funded, if your child is unable to attend please notify us as soon as possible so the place can be offered to another young person. Repeated non-attendance without notice may result in the place being offered to someone on the waiting list.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
