Here @ Urban Spec Ops we deliver action packed, fun, enriching activities for all our participants to enjoy. Our sessions are very active from the get go and include a mixture of educational activities, plus fun and games. Including but not limited to......Lasertag, Nerf, dodgeball, martial arts (self defence), fun assault courses, first aid, plus lots more. If you child is looking for an action packed, fun time, in a safe controlled environment, then look no further. Hot nutritious lunch also provided.

10-10.15am Welcome / Health & Safety Brief
10.15-11am - Activity 1 & 2
11-11.15 - Break: Fruit & Drinks
11.15-11.45pm - Activity 3
11.45-12pm - Prep for lunch
12-12.30pm - Lunch Break
12.30-1pm - Activity 4
1-1.30pm - Activity 5
1.30-1.50pm - Activity 6
1.50-2pm - Get ready to go home
