A summary
Non-competitive, fun football session for children aged 12 to 17. Bringing teenagers together for a kick about, while making new friends. Free snacks will also be available throughout the session in the chill out zone, where you can also just hang out with your friends. Please advise us on the booking form if your child has any food allergies and also let the Instructor know on the day. This session is for everyone and best of all it's completely free, with free snacks too! Booking is essential for this session, as spaces are limited. Children should not leave the session without letting a member of the Active Hastings team know. Active Hastings cannot take responsibility for any young people once they leave the venue. This session is free, with thanks to the government and The National Lottery Community Fund. Quick reminder: If your plans have changed and you can no longer make it, please cancel your booking. We anticipate we will have a long waiting list for this session and would love to give another child the chance to join the fun, if your child is unable to attend. Active Hastings
Physical activity sessions for everyone!
Active Hastings is an externally funded partnership project between Hastings Borough Council and East Sussex County Council Public Health. We have been working in partnership since 2006 to give local residents easy, fun ways to get their everyday dose of physical activity. It only takes 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity each week for adults and 60 minutes every day for children to benefit your health, both mental and physical. You can even break it down into 10 minute slots! All of our team are experienced sports coaches, fitness instructors and play workers, who are passionate about working with people of all ages in Hastings and St Leonards. We run free or low cost sessions throughout the year, as well as holiday activities as part of the Holiday Activity and Food programme.
